Intellectual property
The text, screenshots, tables and page structure on this site are produced by our editorial team and are copyrighted. You may quote short passages for review or commentary with a visible link back to the source page. You may not republish full pages, mirror the site, or train a commercial machine-learning model on the content without written permission. Trade marks that appear on the site (the EarnBet word mark and the EBET token logo) belong to EarnBet; third-party trade marks (slot provider names, payment network logos) belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
The underlying HTML and CSS layout we use is adapted from a WordPress block template and remains the property of the respective theme authors; our contribution is the content inside it. Where we reproduce a screenshot of the EarnBet website, we rely on fair-use quotation for the purpose of criticism and review; if the operator objects to any specific screenshot, we will swap it for a version that illustrates the point without reproducing the operator's chrome.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our publisher is registered, as listed in the footer of this site. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct correspondence will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this clause does not strip you of the mandatory consumer protections you enjoy under your local law. The language of the Terms is English; translations are provided for convenience only and the English text controls in case of conflict.
Acceptance
By continuing to use this site after reading this page, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please close the tab — there is no reason to continue reading, and we cannot grant you access on different terms. We may update the Terms from time to time; the version in force is always the one displayed here, and the "last updated" date at the bottom of the page tells you when the latest change was made. Material changes are also summarised in the news block on the home page.
User conduct
When you contact us or leave a comment, you agree not to post defamatory content about any identifiable person, not to post content that infringes someone else's copyright, and not to post anything that would be unlawful in the jurisdiction where our publisher is registered. We moderate comments manually before they are published; we reserve the right to remove a comment without notice if it crosses one of those lines. Repeated violations will cause the originating IP address to be blocked at the CDN layer.
What this site is not
This site is not the EarnBet casino. It is an independent affiliate publication. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a security, open a betting account on your behalf, or make a bet for you. We do not accept deposits and we cannot hold funds. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from this site and offering to hold your money, assume it is a scam and report it to `editor@earn-bet.com`. Likewise, this site is not financial advice: whether you choose to deposit money into any gambling product is a decision you make on your own responsibility.
Age limit
Access to this site is restricted to visitors who are at least 18 years old. If gambling is restricted to a higher age in your country of residence (21 in some United States jurisdictions, for example), the stricter local age limit applies. By continuing to use the site you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age. EarnBet itself applies its own identity verification before paying out any withdrawal above the published no-KYC threshold, and will refuse to pay accounts registered to minors.
The age-gate on this site is informational, not forensic: we cannot and do not verify your date of birth. If you share a device with an under-age person, use the parental-control tooling listed on the Responsible Gaming page to block access at the DNS layer. Attempting to use this site, or to open an account at EarnBet, while under the applicable minimum age is a civil wrong in most jurisdictions and may be a criminal one in some; we have no sympathy and no interest in catering to that use case.
